Make the morning rounds and help as Aquarium staff feeds an amazing assortment of hungry animals!
Usually offered on occasional weekends, the April 17 “Feeding Time” gives parents something fun to do with their kids in the middle of the school vacation week. But please note that all children must be at least 5 years old.
Conducted prior to the Aquarium opening for the morning, “Feeding Time” participants can take a turn hand-feeding the diamondback terrapins, horseshoe crabs and rays. They’ll enjoy an exclusive connection with a trainer as they watch a private feeding of the harbor seals.
Best of all, they’ll go behind-the-scenes as an aquarist feeds the big sharks in the Aquarium’s Ocean Beyond the Sound exhibit – with the chance to toss in some food to see who’s hungry.
Tickets are $40 per adult & $20 per child 12 & under ($35 & $15 for Aquarium members).
Children must be age 5 or older and accompanied by a parent/gaurdian. Aquarium admission after the program is not included.
