Group Visit Reservation Form 

Aquarium Only Reservations: Complete the group visit reservation form below and fax to (203) 852-8132, email to reservations@maritimeaquarium.org or mail to The Maritime Aquarium, 10 North Water Street, Norwalk, CT 06854. Payment is due upon arrival. 

Aquarium & 4D Theater Reservations: Please note all groups viewing a 4D movie are required to pay a 25% deposit two weeks after the reservation is made. Payment can be made with a Credit Card (Amex, MasterCard or Visa), or by check.

Educational Programs: Travel & In-house: Payment for programs must be made at the time of the reservation. Programs are made with 6 weeks advance notice. Please reference the Educational Resource Guide or the website for prices.

A confirmation letter will be sent to the contact person by email. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within 7 days, call (203) 852-0700 ext. 2206 to confirm that we received your reservation.
