Immediately. As soon as you pay for your membership, it is active until the last day of the month you purchased it, of the following year.
We print membership cards in-house! See any available cashier at your next visit to obtain your membership cards
Your expiration date is the last day of the month of purchase of the following year.
Example: If you purchased a membership on 8/11/2021 it will expire 8/30/2022.
An additional 12 months will be added to your expiration date.
Example: If you renew in February but your membership expires in June, then we'll add 12 months to your expiration date and your membership will expire in June of the following year. This means you don't "lose" any months from your membership.

We encourage members to reserve tickets online to speed up the entry process, however, we are able to process member’s admission tickets at the door as well.
Yes! We will just need to see your ID.
If you lose your membership card you may purchase another one for $5 at the ticket booth or simply show your ID for check-in.
The Maritime Garage is located directly across the street from the Aquarium. There are also metered parking spots along the streets available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Garage parking is $2.00 an hour with a maximum of $8.00 per day.
We do not own the Maritime garage, therefore we do not validate parking.
Please note, lost parking tickets result in a $25.00 fee. So remember to put your ticket in a safe place!
Although 4D movies are not included with your membership, you do receive a discount!
Theater tickets are: $6 per member ($7 per non-member)
Unless you’ve added a free adult to your membership or have a Family Plus level, your guest does have to pay for admission.
They will receive a $2.00 discount on admission only as a member guest.
No. Only children living in your household are covered on your membership.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Family Plus allows you to bring a free guest all year around! With or without the named members being present.
