Animal-Husbandry Director Achieves Top Water-Quality Certification

NORWALK, CT  –  Barrett Christie, director of Animal Husbandry for The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, is the first person to pass a national mastery-level exam focused on water quality in public aquariums. Statement in support of local laws banning/restricting plastic grocery bags

NORWALK, CT  –  In light of the City of Norwalk considering a ban on plastic “carryout” bags, The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk celebrates such municipal efforts and encourages other communities to take up the cause. Maritime Aquarium eliminates nearly all single-use plastics
