Third Sea Turtle in Sound Killed by Boat Strike

NORWALK, CT  –  With a third sea turtle killed by a boat in six weeks in Long Island Sound, The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk again is urging boaters to slow down and be aware of these endangered animals. New "Just Add Water" exhibit adds monkeys, porcupine, macaws and more

Maritime Aquarium eliminates nearly all single-use plastics

NORWALK, CT  –  As a leader in Long Island Sound and ocean conservation, The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk is doing its part for the environment by significantly reducing its employ of single-use plastics. Dr. Brian Davis to step down May 25 as president of The Maritime Aquarium

NORWALK, CT  –  Dr. Brian Davis will step down as President and CEO of the Maritime Aquarium on May 25 to rejoin his family in Atlanta.
