The Maritime Aquarium extends its heartfelt condolences to the family of Bill Collins, mayor of Norwalk from 1977 to 1981 and again from 1983 to 1987. $224,879 state grant supports expanded summer-school program for Norwalk K-8 students with The Maritime Aquarium
